In accordance with EU consumer law, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.To exercise this right, please contact us at info@terangamilano.com within 14 days of delivery.Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been opened after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. As our teas are food products, once the seal of a package has been broken, we are unable to accept a return.For unopened products returned under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact our support team at info@terangamilano.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the issue. In such cases, Teranga will cover the cost of return shipping or offer a full refund or replacement.Claims submitted beyond the stated timeframes may not be considered.
